A plane passenger has shared the hilarious moment a dog sitting in first-class looked as if it was calling her broke as she made her way to her seat.
TikTok user @njainpos posted the clip showing the dog in its own seat on the flight and joked in the caption: “Why did that dog just call me broke?” with a crying face emoji.
The video went viral, gaining over 698,000 views since it was first shared on TikTok on November 26.
In the clip, we see the dog happily sitting beside its owner in first class as the TikTok user records, making her way past first class to sit further back on the airplane.
The clip received a huge response with over 80,000 likes and over 1,000 comments from amused TikTok users
Newsweek contacted the poster of the video for comment via TikTok.
A recent report from the American Pet Products Association (APPA), reveals 22 percent of cat and dog owners said they took their animals on at least three flights over a 12 month period between 2023 and 2024.
Additionally, the report found that 55 percent of dog owners and 36 percent of cat owners tailor their travel plans to accommodate their pets.
Only five percent of all airline passengers travel first-class, according to a report by the United States National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), making the dog in the clip part of a travel elite.
